If you register interest in working with the practice, we also collect your CV, areas of interest, and any portfolio links you provide. We may also collect technical data associated with your visit, such as browser type and approximate location derived from IP address, through our hosting and form-processing providers.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, assess whether we can assist, route your message within the practice, and keep an appropriate record of the correspondence.
Legal basis
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and Hybrid Atlantic's legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, operating the website, and protecting the security of its services.
Processors and transfers
Contact form submissions are processed through our website hosting infrastructure (Vercel) and delivered to us by email. Expressions of interest and CVs are stored in our database and secure file storage (Vercel Postgres and Blob). This may involve processing in jurisdictions outside your own.
Retention
We keep enquiry data for 30 days unless a longer period is required for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. Expressions of interest and CVs are retained for up to 24 months for recruitment purposes, or deleted earlier on request.
Your rights
