TECHNOLOGY

Tools for monitoring the present and testing what may come next.

Hybrid Atlantic is developing a technology layer for political intelligence, narrative monitoring, and scenario analysis. Sentinel helps structure what is happening now. Augur, coming soon, will help decision-makers explore plausible futures before they commit to a course of action.

PRODUCT FAMILY

From signals to scenarios.

Our technology roadmap follows the logic of advisory work. First, identify the signals that matter. Then interpret how they may interact with actors, incentives, constraints, and public pressure. Sentinel is the monitoring layer. Augur is the foresight layer.

AVAILABLE FOR PILOT DISCUSSIONS

Sentinel

A monitoring workspace for tracking narratives, actors, sources, and signals across public information environments.

Sentinel is being developed as a structured monitoring workspace for clients who need to follow fast-moving information environments without drowning in noise. It is designed around watchlists, source review, signal tracking, narrative movement, actor visibility, and briefing preparation.

COMING SOON

Augur

A scenario-testing and foresight environment for exploring how actors, narratives, and decisions may evolve.

Augur will extend the Hybrid Atlantic technology layer from monitoring to foresight. Where Sentinel helps clients understand what is happening now, Augur will help them test how a situation could evolve under different assumptions, shocks, actor choices, and communications strategies. Augur is conceived as a decision-support tool, not a prophecy machine. Its purpose is to help clients stress-test assumptions, compare plausible pathways, and identify where uncertainty, escalation, or opportunity may emerge.

THE LOGIC

Sentinel watches. Augur tests what could happen next.

Most organizations separate monitoring from strategy. Hybrid Atlantic is building them as connected layers. Sentinel structures the signals, sources, narratives, and actor movement that define the present. Augur turns those inputs into scenario work, helping teams test how a situation could evolve under different assumptions before they commit to a response. The result is a tighter loop between evidence, interpretation, and decision-making.

WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT

Built from political analysis, not just automation.

01

Grounded in evidence

The system preserves source material, attribution, and reasoning pathways so that users can see what sits behind an assessment.

02

Designed for judgment

The goal is not to replace analysts or decision-makers. The goal is to help them structure uncertainty, compare options, and brief clearly.

03

Aware of bias and limits

Political simulations and AI-assisted analysis can reproduce bias, overconfidence, and escalation tendencies. Hybrid Atlantic treats these as design problems, not footnotes.

04

Connected to advisory work

The technology is being developed from real advisory workflows: monitoring, triage, mapping, briefing, strategy, and follow-up.
